From humble beginnings to national suppliers
NRT has been established since 1999 and has continued to grow for more than 20 years, our family-owned business has acquired a solid standing in the building and construction industries. Today, we’re a trusted roof truss manufacturer with a reputation for quality and sustainability. We use only ethically sourced timber from sustainable forests. We’re PEFC and BM TRADA certified to confirm that these principles are routinely followed. We recycle as much waste as possible to help the environment and reduce our carbon footprint. We’ve also recently installed two biomass boilers. These have replaced existing fossil fuel heating systems, in a move designed to reduce emissions and the build-up of greenhouse gases.
Our commitment to more eco-friendly manufacturing processes and our growing list of satisfied customers, mean that we simply need more space. We pride ourselves on our efficiency to deliver express turnarounds for every quote, so with that in mind and to ensure we continue to deliver on time, we are installing more state-of-the-art machinery and expanding our production team to uphold this commitment at increased volume. We’re glad to be attracting new business even when times are tough, but we’re also determined to maintain our production parameters.
Up-to-the-minute facilities
With our expanded factory premises, Nuneaton Roof Truss will be able to produce a 30% greater volume of metal web joists. In addition to our existing manufacturing facilities, we’ll have 5,000 more square feet of space and more cutting-edge equipment, using all the available latest technology.

Our in-house design team are also excited with the expansion as this has resulted in our offices being upgraded and redecorated too! Our experienced designers have all been carefully selected to ensure they can offer you the highest level of specialised knowledge in both roof and floor design.
By the way.. our team also work to your own drawings, which you can upload directly as CAD, DXF files or PDFs. We help you flesh out your floor or roof truss designs with 3D visualisations, provide full technical support to engineers and designers on the project.
Our existing premises comprise 30,000 square feet of manufacturing and storage space. The second factory is allowing us to expand comfortably and to install more technologically-integrated machinery.
The advances of industrial technology mean that much of this equipment can be accessed remotely allowing the design and engineering teams to further increase efficiency whilst collaborate with you online as you plan your new builds.
